Who I am

I’m a Vice President at a consulting firm and an operations leader with over 15 years of experience building the infrastructure that makes complex organizations run: operations, compliance, finance, contracting, and vendor management across multi-state, multi-entity environments. I’ve managed $75M in budgets and built a $10M operation from the ground up, with 450 staff across 10 states. What I do best is enter ambiguous, compliance-heavy environments and build systems that work for everyone: the people doing the work, the finance team tracking it, and the leadership depending on it.

I believe infrastructure is a political choice, and I write so that more of us make it on purpose.
